By accessing or purchasing from HumynEdge you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
HumynEdge provides AI-powered career resilience assessments based on documents you upload. Reports are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for professional development purposes only. They do not constitute career, legal, or financial advice and are not a guarantee of employment outcomes. Results may vary based on the information provided.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize HumynEdge to charge your payment method for the selected product. All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.
4. Discount Codes
Discount codes are non-transferable, may not be combined with other offers, and are valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated. HumynEdge reserves the right to cancel or modify discount codes at any time without notice.
5. Privacy and DataHumynEdge does not store the documents you upload on our servers. Your file is analyzed and immediately discarded upon report generation. To facilitate secure payment processing, assessment data is temporarily stored in your browser's local storage and automatically cleared after your report is generated or after 2 hours, whichever comes first. We collect the following data: (1) your email address when provided, used to deliver your report and maintain service records; (2) non-personally identifiable report data including career path, job title, industry sector, and resilience score, used to improve our service. We use trusted third party services including payment processors, email providers, and analytics tools to operate our platform. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting
hello@humynedge.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Consultation Services
Consultations purchased as part of the Report + Expert Consultation tier must be scheduled within 24 hours of payment using the scheduling link provided. A grace period of 10 minutes will be observed for late arrivals. If a customer has not joined the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the consultation will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued. If a HumynEdge Consultant is unable to attend a scheduled consultation, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, methodology, and reports generated by HumynEdge are the intellectual property of HumynEdge. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of your report without prior written permission from HumynEdge.
8. Limitation of Liability
HumynEdge is not liable for any career, financial, or employment decisions made based on report results. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

10. Modifications to Service
HumynEdge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability to you.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Maryland.
12. Changes to Terms
HumynEdge reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
